Microcredit is a financial service whose importance often understated. When lack of access to microcredit exacerbated by public health emergency such as the COVID-19 pandemic, its real significance an essential in poverty alleviation becomes more apparent. The outbreak and spread novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has led dramatic transformations every sector Nigerian society including delivery system, where formal informal actors co-exist uneasy relationship.
